Unable to update firmware
Hi All,
I am trying to update the firmware on our T750 G2 UPS using the Flashgp software.
I have conneted the UPS via serial cable (straight through) and loaded the firmware file (S19) but when I click 'Set ready' button I get the following error - 'Port already open' and I cannot go any further.
I have followed the instructiont exactly but still no joy.
UPS condition is off but power plugged in.
Connected via serial cable ONLY (USB disconnected)
COM Port 1 (only one com port on server)
I tried re-setting COM port settings back to default encase these had been adjusted but still no joy. Same error message no matter what I do.
Any idas or suggestions?
TIA

Re: Unable to update firmware
Try updating the firmware using the management module. If still not able to perform the update then check below article:-
If still facing issues then possibly support ticket needs to be logged to get this checked.
