Count on Intel® Select Solutions. Because seconds count, weeks even more
Learn how Intel® Select Solutions and HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 servers work better together to handle your data center workloads.
“I don’t have time for this!”
This is a familiar lament from many IT pros. Your clients and business units want their services deployed ASAP, and you’re on the hook to make sure the underlying infrastructure will meet their expectations. Evaluating many different hardware and software configurations can take weeks or months as you procure, assemble, configure, test, and compare results. It slows you down when you need to stay nimble.
Intel® Select Solutions were conceived to address this problem. Intel Select Solutions are workload-optimized data center “recipes” that simplify and accelerate the process of selecting and deploying the hardware and software needed for today’s workloads and applications. Intel engineers assemble and validate a specified platform configuration that meets or exceeds a designed performance level. Leading system manufacturers and systems integrators then offer solutions based on the validated recipe. In most cases, a Base and a Plus configuration are created to help IT pros dial in the features and level of performance they need.
By removing a lot of the uncertainty, Intel Select Solutions can shave weeks off the evaluation process and accelerate your delivery timetable to clients. HPE launched its first Intel Select Solution for Microsoft SQL Server Business Operations for customers that need a ready-to-deploy solution tuned and tested for optimal performance. It is based on HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 servers, featuring Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors, and is designed for online transaction processing (OLTP). Our collaboration with HPE is ongoing, and we expect to jointly announce more Intel Select Solutions over the coming months.
I invite you to learn more about the entire portfolio of Intel Select Solutions, so you can see how they can help save time and hassle on a wide range of data center workloads.
