Forrester-TEI_Blog_GettyImages-1436908842_800_0_72_RGB.jpgHPE Compute Ops Management transforms compute management with an as-a-service experience that delivers secure cloud agility to distributed compute infrastructure and provides task automation capability for efficient simplified lifecycle management, all with the additional benefit of global visibility and insight through a unified console.

To better understand the benefits, costs, and risks associated with this investment, Forrester interviewed customers with experience using HPE Compute Ops Management and surveyed those with experience managing HPE ProLiant servers. Prior to using HPE Compute Ops Management, these interviewees noted how their organizations struggled to manage remote servers. Firmware updates and patches were time-consuming, inefficient, and difficult to complete within a specified maintenance window. Planned and unplanned server downtime was excessive, disrupting operations. And the inability to complete patches and updates in a timely fashion led to potential security vulnerabilities.
