Maciek Szczeล›niak is the Vice President and General Manager responsible for driving the global growth of the SMB and midmarket segments for HPE. His responsibilities include the designing and building of offers and solutions tailored to these customers, pricing strategy, business analytics, channel, sales programs and more. His most recent initiative has been to drive the implementation and rollout of the HPE Flex Offers program, improving buying experience and ease of use, and increasing the profitability of HPE Channel Partners. Maciek is very active on social media and uses his reach to promote the SMB-focused HPE Distributors and Resellers on LinkedIn and also through his Magic Chats YouTube Channel. Maciek has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. His previous assignments include positions in Product Marketing, Sales, Business Management and Finance. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. Maciek is based in Warsaw, Poland.
