Automated Configuration of SDN Switches

I would like to automate the initial configuration of my SDN Switches, something similar to OF-Config (https://www.opennetworking.org/images/stories/downloads/sdn-resources/onf-specifications/openflow-config/of-config-1.2.pdf). Dose HP provide something like this ?
