Software Download

I tried to download some software for my device and when I click to download it gave me an error that my request is being looked at and it will take 4 hours.  After the 4 hours, I tried to download the software again and I received the same message.  Has anybody experience this issue?

Thank you for reaching out.  Here is the requested information.

The software for this one 6400/6300 CX switch and IOS version 10.13.  This also happened when I tried to download software for CPPM.

I have not noticed anything weird other than I was able to download software and now I am unable to.
