Blade, Vmware ESXi and MSL2024
I have this problem; I need to connect the MSL2024 through FC (and a switch) to a set of blade in order to start backuping them.
In the same switch there is already the MSA storage that I can perfectly view and utilize within VM hosted by ESXi (latest version).
I did not find any guide to help me.
Does someone already do that ?
Or could you please indicate me a resource where to start ?
Regards.

Re: Blade, Vmware ESXi and MSL2024
Hi,
I have the same issue.
I have a FC MSA2024 tape library connected to a FC HP swwitch. In this switch is connected a physical server that runs ESXi 5. I have configured zones in FC switch. I want tape library to be available on a virtual machine in ESXi.
Can anyone help?
Thanks.
