MSL2024 Not Ready after updated firmware
I have MSL2024 with LTO5 FC HH one drive on there. I did library firmware update to 6.70 with LT&T . Firmware update failed error and disconnected to the library. After updated firmware failed, drive power auto shut off and OPC screen showed to me as " Not Ready " and all buttons have no response.
If I want to shut down the library, over 7Sec. press the power button, otherwise I could not do any.
Please help me. Thank you.

Re: MSL2024 Not Ready after updated firmware
Very sad. Even HP could not help. Bought the another MSL2024 with no choice.
You can't change the firmware using with HP Tape Tools..... SAD!
