Any idea's? Software can't find any drives, so I guess no "handshake" is happening. A printer that was looped thru tape drive is in same boat. ????
Also, since HP doesn't support Travan anymore, does anyone know if there is any other drive out there that can read these tapes????????

Re: 14GB e travan problems
I have 3 years of financial records locked on tapes for a 14GB External HP Colorado drive that won't work. I have looked at this forum for 7 hours on 5 days straight trying to find out an answer. Is it possible for you to work out a solution for me also that will recover my data? I'd appreciate assistance. My e-mail address is below.
