Adding another Tray

I need to add a 3rd library tray of tapes to complete a 15 TB backup. I currently have a dual bay HP MSL6030 1 Ultrium 960 Dr Tape
Library. Once the two initial trays are full, I get a message to add additional media. I use Bacup Exec 11d, can anyone tell me the best procedure?
