Bad Media using Veritas, SSL1016
trying to get Veritas BE 9.1 working with my HP SSL1016 autoloader, every time I try to format/write to/label/etc. any tape, it's marked as "Bad Media" in BE, and my event log says "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error."
I've updated the drivers, but I'm not sure what would be causing this error. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
