Bad Message Format Error

Data Protector 5.5, all current patches loaded. Client accesses 2 different cell servers on 2 different domains. When trying to access reports on one cell server I receive the following error: Error Parsing group list, so I load patch DPWIN_00191 and it resolves the issue but causes the following issue when trying to access reports on the other cell server I receive the following error: Bad Message Format.
