You might want to check if the EPATAPNT driver is loading correctly. The drive
is needed to allow NT to talk to a tape device or CD device that is connected
to the paralel port. If it is loaded, you might want to make sure that the
drive is not corrupted by re-installing the qic157.sys driver.
If the paralel-to-atapi drive is NOT loading however, you could download it
from the attached URL and install it (again)
