Cannot download Driver Autoloader 1/8 G2

I have a problem to download driver HP 1/8 G2 autoloader, 
I have found the page and the driver to download but when i click on download, it seems like the file dosoen't exist.

I have downloaded the driver and install it but it's seems thats not the right one because i have the same error message that the driver is not installed  (Attached File)

I would connect a SAS tape/loader to a SAS controller only too ... :-)

My question was about the controller model details, some don't support autoloaders.

What OS is running on the server?

I'm sorry, i don't understand this question:  controller model details,

OS ==> Windows Server 2008 R2.

I can see the Autoloader is my Veeam Backup Console but i have to install the driver before doing any thing (Inventory, etc.)

The model of SAS controller that is built into your server.

Example could be a HPW Smart Array P212 controller like this:

The P242 should be ok, the installer says "no enabled drives" - so I would connect to the webpage of the loader and check the status of the drive.

Everything is OK, you see in the attached file the status of the Tape Drive

I would now check if the windows device manager can see the devices (as unknown?), extract the driver bundle and install the drivers manually (update driver from device manager).

Hello Torsten,

The priblem is in Device Manager where i can see that the Driver is not installed, so finally i have just to install the right driver for the drive tape and not for the Autoloader.
Can you please help me finding this driver ?
You can see the warning in the attached Screen and thanks a lot.

if you select properties now, what is the status?

I would uninstall the driver from the menu (right click) and install again (manually, update driver, search local disk and point to the directory where is extracted files are).

So for the first one, i have selected the properties, it's in attached file AAA.
After this i have desinstalled the two missing drives from divice manager, rescan all, i have obtained two entries withoun error that you can see in attached file BBB.
When i righ click, properties, update and chose the extracted file that you have shared with me, it's shows that the drive is up to date.
In figure BBB, i have to install driver or no at this state ?

No i have the same problem when i lauch a cleaning job via veeam B&R interface:

It's the same message: HP 1/8 G2 Autoloader does not contain any enbaled tape drives (Attached File CCC) .

Please install this tool, select the drives and loader and create a support ticket, then attach it.
