Colorado T1000e disappears
My t1000e runs fine on my HP Vectra (P166 MMX) but when I put it on a Cyrixs 333 M/C it is recognised for a short while then no backup device is found even though it still says it is the "target " backup device.Any help appreciated.

David:
Consider the software settings in the following link:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=lpg12902&locale=en_US&taskId=8414&taskName=setup%2C+install+%26+configure&prodSeriesId=63951&prodTypeId=12169&prodSeriesName=hp+colorado+t1000e+tape+drive&docId=40585
or, try different settings for the Parallel port in BIOS.
Good luck.
Roger
