Data Express backup - auto eject

Hi I been using Data Express backup 3.50 sp2 for some time without any problem.

But recently My full backup has some problems.

Basically it ejects the tape when 95% doen by saying insert a compatible media.

I am not sure whether this is because of the tape is not enough space to backup.

How do I make sure that the problem is with the tape space?

 

I have attached a report from thy data express.
