Data Protector Express Problems

I'm having problem restoring file in Data Protector Express.

When trying to restore the message appears ERROR 4: INVALID HANDLE

There are many details beyond that and error logs too.

How to fix the error?

we import eight tapes successfully.
to restore a specific folder, the system displays the following: 4 error invalid handle.

the version is 4.0-SP1
