EML differents problems

Hi my friends
I have a EML.This device is very problem and is new.
The first problem is OS of interface manager is corrupted because i can not restore.and status indicator is three pay flashing.On OCP screen is show data gathering random without any action from me.
Command view server can ping interface manager ip address but do not add library on command view.
In data protactor cell manager robotic do not initialized and do not take a backup.
If the EML power supply is down when power up all drives in EML are fault and robotic interface indicator fault is flashing.
I do not which devices are desolation.
Please help me

I believe the IM flash card could have gone bad
If its a new library ask HP to replace it for you
