Event ID 11 when 1/8 G2 autoloader (AH165A) is connected to 374654-B11 HBA
I have an AiO600 with a 374654-B21 HBA. The AiO600 has service release 1.30 installed and the driver for the HBA is LSI Logic 1.24.4.0 dated 2/9/2007. With nothing attached to the HBA I have no errors in the event viewer, but with the autoloader connected I get flooded with "The driver detected a controller error on \Device\RaidPort1". The errors come at about 5000/sec. I have attempted to connect the drive and controller with another server (clone) but with the same results. I replaced the HBA. No change. I'm assuming that the problem is with the communication with the drive but i'm not sure what elst to do. Help!
