How to install DP agent on Debian x86_64

Hi,
I installed DP agent on debian server, but i have some problem. I am trying to find something on Google, but in vain.

My plan:
1. install ncompress xinetd via apt-get
2. create dir /hpdp_ins
3. mount CD to /hpdp_ins
4. cd /hpdp_ins/LOCAL_INSTALL
5. run ./omnisetup.sh -server coma.osa.cz -install da
I tried only ./omnisetup.sh too.
