HP A4853 DLT Library
Hello:
I am running a problem with this HP A4853 DLT library. I have 3 drives, one of them said: "drive not talking". What do I need to do for this? Please help.
Sue

Re: HP A4853 DLT Library
Sue,
said where: in syslog, at the library front panel, in backup software?
If this is really hardware failure then you may need to call HP. As I remember drive module has its own power supply, so it could be not really drive, but its power supply.
Did you try HP LTT? Try it http://h18006.www1.hp.com/products/storageworks/ltt/index.html
