And actually , the storage don't work !

Do you think it's Hardware ?!

4039 DCERR_MEDIA_DATA_ERROR
Media data error detected

Device has detected a media error. This may be caused by bad or worn media, device in need of cleaning, hardware problems and sometimes by attempting to use compressed format media in a device that does not support compression. Try head cleaning, different media/device or bulk erasure of media (Only if media/device does not use pre-recorded Servo tracks)

So it is either a bad tape or a bad drive. Try checking the drive out using HP's Library and Tape Tools. It is available for free download at hp.com under the software download section for your tape drive.

Don't have use the hp tool (thank for your link ).
I push the button "Continue" , next another error appear (here : 4075 !) , same action click on button "Continue".

Then eject the data Cartridge !
At the end Data Express Protector don't show error.

Before to try to use the Data Protector
I use the data cartridge cleaner !

Then insert the same Cartridge, and the soft launch immediatly a backup !

Actually , work correctly !.
And all the Friday , the data cartridge cleaner is using !.
