hp StorageWorks Dat 40e

Hallo,

 

i have a question. Is the old C5687C full compatible withe the C5687D. I use DDS-2. I can not change the driver, because i want to use both.

I talked to one of the tape qual guys, and he confirmed that there should be no reason why DAT tapes of that generation shouldn't operate well together. The only *possible* exception might be with bringing DAT320 into the mix.
