is there any way to reset the admin password for the HPE MSL 6480 customer lost it

I guess you need to contact the Support team for password reset. Here is the link where you can call the team:

Exactly, based on the serial number and date/time, support can generate a time-based password.

That's why it's recommended to be on-site.
