I got this error restart does not help.
What should I do?

Fc is the error u gave, mentions updating firmware to latest, doubt that will fix it.
0D - Error during rotation4 to slide position
looks like a picker related issue, maybe blocked

the error log looks like a unload issue, can u manually remove a magazine and see if there any blockage inside

hi,
has anyone solve the issue? the tape was stuck on the drive. tried moving the tape but no luck. drive status is unloading.

Hi
you could try taking the drive out of its sled and powering it up and pushing the eject button on the front of the drive, if that doesnt work then i would get the drive fixed or replaced. you may have a snapped tape.
