Looking for a better backup device

Hi,

I use internal C7438A in the following machine:

Product Name: ProLiant ML350 G5
ROM Version: D21-01/24/2008
Redundant ROM Version: 10/07/2007
Serial Number: GB86500NE8

SCSI Controller Port 1 in Slot 1
Model: HP Single Channel Ultra320 SCSI HBA G2

What ultrium backup device I can easily install into this server ?
