SolutionI could be wrong, but I don't see how it could since the only way the NSR's talk to the library is through the robot or directly to the drives (in the case of a bigger library with more that 2 drives).
They get power from the backplane, but that is about it. The card is an entity on its own, or so I believe, and does not "hook" into the library for anything else but power.

in the past some where delivered with the 1200, now the E2400 is used, you just have to adjust the filler if you use the 1200 because it is shorter.
In ESLe, by default there was a 1200 and several 2400 in the same cage.
no interaction are made via the cage, only via Lan with the Interface Manager
