MSL2024 LTO7 "Drive Broken"
Hi
I see error code: f3 51 on screen of lto that explained the "drive broken"! what should i do.
I found that the code means: "Elevator movement to home sensor failed"
I am newcomer!! Please Help me.

For an explanation about the error codes seen on front panel pleae refer to MSL Error codes list.
Some basic checks:
1. Verify there are no obstructions to the robot/picker assembly.
2. Remove magazines, reseat tapes.
3. Check if the drive has a tape loaded. Attempt to unload the same and move it to the mail slot. Power cycle the MSL and check if issue recurs.
Further tests may need to be run to confirm robot or drive issues. You may refer to the document list below for additional troubleshooting.
