MSL6000 with a NSR 1200 on Integirty Superdome 2 with HP-UX 11.31

Hi Guys:

We have some problem with a MSL 6000 Tape Library with a NSR 1200, connected to an HP Integrity Superdome 2 with HP-UX 11.31.

We have configured the zoning in the SAN Switch, in fact we can see the PWWN of the Virtual Partition, we configured the mapping settings but we can't see the drivers and the changer in HP-UX 11.31.

We have checked and the drivers, stape, estape, eschgr and schgr, are static in the kernel.

Don't you know what the problem is? Are we doing something wrong?.

The storage router is an HP StorageWorks e1200-320 4G.
