Picking a good Tape Backup device for DL380 running Solaris 9 x86

Is there anyone out there that can recommend a good external Tape Backup device that can be attached through the rear SCSI connector on a DL380 G3 server? The manufacturer needs to be able to support (with drivers) Solaris 9 on intel architecture... (Help...tapeless)
