problem with new DLT80 (C5725A)

Just unpacked and installed DLT80
blinking all left side leds right after
power on. Is there a solution to fix problem and run device working?

It says:

After an unsuccessful Self-Test:

All left side or right side lights flash.
See Chapter 6 "Troubleshooting"
