Problems to updating LTO-5 Store Ever 3000 firmware to Z6ED

I am a small business owner operator. I purchased a Half Height Ultrium 3000 drive with my Fujisu Primergy Server.

It have used it with Iperius Backup archiving software. Since a powerlost and Shutdown from UPS the Drive do not work. Tape will be load but it spoel and don't load properly. For stop i Forced Eject by hold Button.

I suspect this is because the current (OLD!) firmware, Z64D is causing problems. I see that there is a more recent firmware for this drive on the  HPE website - Z6ED. I am unable to download by using HPE LTT.  New Firmware are availeble and Token will be create but if i try download it's not going on.

Is there any way to update to the Z6ED firmware? The drive is in excellent condition.
