SureStore T20 - Tape Backups - NT 4.0 - nt backup utility will not execute

Hello,

I am not sure if this is a Windows issue or an issue with our SureStoreT20. But, periodically I will perform a backup and after it should be complete, I will log back into the machine and the nt backup software has exited out. The shortcut on the desktop will not execute the software and any attempts from Admin. Tools under "start" are also unsuccesful. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
