Timestamp in the LTT from Library Support ticket
Hello,
i have a question about time metrics on the support ticket.
MSL6480 connected to the NTP service and have TZ GMT+3. I check some events in the support ticket and cannot understand relation between Time and Epoch fields.
|__ Event 9003 -- Move media command was executed
||__ Message : MOVE_MEDIUM
||__ Time : 03/19/2025 09:55:42 AM
||__ PHY_NUM : 1
||__ MCHG_MEDI_PVT : UG0290L8
||__ Epoch : 1742316942
||__ SYS_COMPONENT : ROBOTICS
||__ Text : Move media command was executed
I converted the Epoch value to a readable form: Tue Mar 18 2025 16:55:42 GMT+0000.
Field Time have value 03/19/2025 09:55:42 AM or Mar 19 2025 09:55:42 GMT+0300.
What data does the field Epoch store?
Regards, YA.

Re: Timestamp in the LTT from Library Support ticket
When a support ticket is captured. It collects all historic and randomly captured HW event. So the Epoch events might be different from the time shown in the actual device. If needed clarification. We can also refer to the ticket.log which gets captured from the Logs and Traces section. This will give more info on the time it was captured.
Hope this helps.
