VmWare and FC-tape

We have 1x8 G2 AUTOLDR  with FC-Tape LTO-6. And we have HP Blade c7000 with server ProLiant BL460c G7.

We want forward tape to VM on vmware 5.1.

 

How to do it? Would it be worked?
