I was going to purchase an external SDLT 320 for my DL380 server - but it has just crashed and burned (quite literally judging by the nasty smell of burnt electronics)...
So, I am now looking at fitting the device to my other (Generic) server, and I have two questions -
1) Would an internal drive physically fit into a double height bay in a "standard" PC chassis?
2) Either way (internal or external), can someone suggest an appropriate HBA that is both compatible with the SDLT320 drive *and* a standard PCI slot?
Thanks,
John.
