HPE StoreOnce 6600
I recently had a series of errors on the StoreOnce 6600 device including
com.ibrix.ias.model.BusinessException: Filesystem [ifs1 ] is not fully mounted for [SSID1], so notstarting
File system ifs1 is not mounted.
Incorrect usage size reported for file system ifs1.

Here are a few steps which you can follow and let us know if it works fine.
1. Log in to the Initialisation Console. Use the username console and the password that was set during the first
configuration of the StoreOnce system.
2. Select Reset admin password. The password is reset to the default admin.
3. After the reset is applied, navigate to the web interface on a new tab. On the password dialog, change the default
password.

my storeonce model is 6600 and version of os is 3.18.7
your solution is veriosn of os 4
i have acount with user name :Admin and password :admin ,but with this acount i can not delete my volume and have hpsupport password
can you give me hpsupport password for 3.18.7 version
i test with user :hpsupport and password :badg3r5 but this password not work and have for old version
can you give me hpsupport password?

The StoreOnce 6600 cannot be upgraded/migrated to G4. The latest software is 3.18.20 for the Gen 3 StoreOnce. All customer accessible options are via the StoreOnce GUI / CLI (using the Admin account). You may reference the CLI document https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=c04000350 (May require HPE passport sign in)
The support password is meant for HPE support personnel only and not for end users. If there is a task that needs hpsupport access, we request you to please open a support case and an engineer should be able to assist you accordingly.
