Re: OSCLT_ERR_SERVER_OFFLINE in storeonce 3640
@Mohammadsaeed01 Ensure the following are configured correctly:
1. The catalyst store is created. Verify that the user is created in catalyst settings and the same user is allowed permissions in Catalyst store settings. .
2. StoreOnce IP is reachable from the SQL server. Ensure the appropriate subnet is being used (if there are muliple subnets configured on StoreOnce). Ports 9387 and 9388 need to be enabled/allowed in the firewall. Verify you are able to ping the Catalyst server /StoreOnce IP from the SQL server.
3. Ensure that the catalyst and replication protocol is enabled under the network subnet that you are trying to reach. Networking >> Click the 'i' button next to the subnet that you are trying to reach. >> Click the 'i' against the subnet at the bottom of the page >> Verify that the services show Catalyst and Replication Protocol enabled. If you don't see it that service is disabled and you'll need to edit configuration, select appropriate portset followed by subnet and enable the same.

Re: OSCLT_ERR_SERVER_OFFLINE in storeonce 3640
@Mohammadsaeed01 I suggest that you get a support case raised with the latest support ticket for review. This appears to be a routing issue or a network config issue with StoreOnce.
