Re: 0x8007003b error when copying large files from server 2016 to hpe StoreOnce
Hello @Mohammadsaeed01,
This (0x8007003b) is a general error on Windows. Not particular to StoreOnce or any Other backup devices. So, there are no remediation procedures available from HPE.
The error could be due to the security appliances taking longer time to scan the large file before copying.
To address the error, you can consult your network security personnel who is supporting your IT environment.
I found one of the articles in a 3rd party website, elaborating this issue. I haven't checked the legitimacy of the remediations provided in it. You can refer to it and go by your application/network security team's recommendation: https://appuals.com/how-to-fix-error-0x8007003b-an-unexpected-network-error-occurred/#:~:text=Error%200x8007003b%20while%20trying%20to,the%20bandwidth%20to%20the%20server.

Re: 0x8007003b error when copying large files from server 2016 to hpe StoreOnce
Hello @Mohammadsaeed01,
In previous versions of windows, whether you use Guest user or NULL user, every time 'Guest' bit was set.
Hp-smb is behaving the same as previous version of windows.
We always make guest as 1 and that is creating the problem (only for SMB3.1.1 clients).
Hp-smb is working fine with previous version of windows.
Windows server 2016 and windows 10 (which are using SMB 3.1.1) are unsupported
Thank you..
