Here is the list of all publicly available documents for StoreOnce 6500. I dont see a specific userguide for supercapacitor and IO module. But please check if the troubleshooting guide would help you - https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=emr_na-c05045098

I strongly recommend that you do not replace the components on this device yourself.
Use the services of an HPE service engineer or an authorized partner servicing StoreOnce 6500 and 6600 systems.
This device has its own specific feature in maintenance, so there is no Maintenance and Service Guide in the public domain.

Yes. As @yilmazaydin rightly said, I don't think supercapacitor is a Customer Self Replaceable part.
Please check with HPE support regarding this.
