SO5660 Restore Oracle from Catalyst Store

Hello,  we are faced with the problem of data recovery from the StoreOnce device:

ORA-19870: error while restoring backup piece database1.dbf

ORA-19608: database1.dbf is not a backup piece

ORA-19837: invalid blocksize 10049798 in backup piece header

SO5660 running 4.3.6 system software. Oracle 19c. 

I understand that this is most likely an event for the work of the HPE service, but I would like to know - has anyone met with a similar problem?

Thank you ,in this case i would like to know some more details.

1: Could you share me the details of the back up application for Restore.

2: If there is no back up application what is the  Oracle RMAN plug in version .

3: Once i have the above detail i can check the status.

4: Collect the support ticket for more information or you can log a case with Support team .
