StoreOnce 3100 Method to delete demo license

Customer want to delete below demo license , Are there any method to delete demo license ?

I tried to delete demo license but didn't work because there are no key value for demo.

Valid From:     May 10, 2017 00:00:00 AM KST

Expiration:     May 10, 2018 23:59:59 PM KST

Days Remaining: 0 (Expired)

Message:        Feature is enabled with 90 day demo license.

Hello,

As per your example i see the Demo License is already expired on May 10, 2018  and you can add  other Licenses

like capacity expansion, Catalyst etc.

Commands whcih cane be used:

# license show all

# license add (key)

# load <license file name>.DAT

Valid From:     May 10, 2017 00:00:00 AM KST

Expiration:     May 10, 2018 23:59:59 PM KST

But how to remove an expired demo license without adding a new one or just stop storeonce to write alerts to log???

Pioter,

In order to remove the demo license you will need to open a case with the StoreOnce support.

The procedure is only available for the root account.
