hi All,

i m looking for the full procedure regarding implementation of smart copy in VLS9000.

Any one has an idea

It worked for me after I removed the trailing (") from the link.

After that you might still get a "we are sorry", but this is very often a problem with HP's back-end database. Retry it after a few minutes, hours, days...
.
