VLS12000 second node not connecting to cluster
I am busy installing a VLS12000 solution and have the following 3 questions.
1. After upgrading the firmware on both nodes to the latest available firmware, the second node does not want to add to the cluster. It goes through all the questions, Press "S" etc detects the WWN and picks up the private networks then comes back with a prompt " press c(enter) to continue" and nothing happens when trying to press C or enter.
2. The firmware of the physical servers. Can this be updated by the normal proliant firmware cd or do I leave as is?
3. Does this CA Document ID: c02611857 apply to all VLS12000 customers with dedup licenses that only received 1 CPU. Do we just log a call with HP heldesk and get a CE onsite to give us the additional one.
Please help?

Re: VLS12000 second node not connecting to cluster
Hi G,
Re.1 - Best log a case with HP I think.
Re. 2 - Leave as is. Neccesary updates will be contained in the VLS updates.
Re. 3 - Log a call, runs through the verification with the HP engineer and they'll initiate the actions needed to resolve the issue.
br,
-Eric
