Bacnet UDP forwarding on 5412

Been trying to get UDP port 47808 traffic to flow between subnets/vlans on a 5412. Have following at conf level

ip routing
ip udp-bcast-forward

no access control between the vlans

and below on each vlan

ip forward-protocol udp 10.47.94.11 47808

The bacnet device (HVAC controller) is 10.47.94.11

We can ping the device from other vlans, but the udp 47808 traffic does not seem to flow so the application on the laptop cannot see the bacnet controllers. Only works when the laptop is in the same vlan as the bacnet devices.

Suggestions on what to try next

HVAC bacnet controller is in vlan 94 HVAC

Tested from VLAN 98 Admin vlan with laptop

Can you get a packet capture of it working successfully on the the same VLAN? If you can attach that should be able to determine what it will take to get this working across VLANs.

What you've done so far looks right, but the packet capture will really show you what's going on.

It seems to me that the HVAC controller is the only device using IP.

The client(s) seem to be using a Layer-2 protocol only.

Is there anything anything you can reconfigure on the client to make it talk IP?
