Change operator user privileges

Is it possible to change the operator privileges?
Example: I want to create a user like the operator (only read) with privileges for example telnet.

Hi Jacco,

It isn't possible to change operator privileges. As you say, the operator has read access, the manager has write access. But you can't change this.
