Convergence (VoIP)

We are looking at VoIP, and I am told that there is a document somewhere that tells me how to use QoS and setup my 2600 switches.

Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Has anyone got VoIP running through 2600 switches? Have you encountered any problems.
