How to load firmware on JG922a through serial console/terminal?

Hi,

Im trying to get an initial firmware onto a JG922A. I can connect to the console. File directory (menu option 4, 1) is empty. 

I have tried using various serial termials (tera term, macwise) to upload the firmware JG920A-CMW520-R1121.bin.

I set the terminal to 155k baud and click upload via serial. The console says ...waiting...CCCC.

I click send file in the terminal app and upload. When it's done I go to files and it's still empty. 

How do I get the file uploaded?

I also tried upload via TFTP. I have a server setup but don't know what the JG922A IP is with just a serial connection. How do I find the IP of the switch when I am connected via the serial console? How do I get that to work?
