i mean you should first look at resolving the network connectivity issue between PCM windows machine and the switches rather than thinking of upgrading to PCM2.3 i.e at the minimum from the PCM windows machine you should be able to ping the switch.

Only then you need to think of upgrading to PCM 2.3 or applying autoupdate.

The red switchs are switchs : 2524 / 2512 / and an other which are a 3COM Superstack II.
(it was discovered because it has a fix IP which is in my network I scanned)

An other information : I ping the 3COM Superstack but no the 2524 although the both are in red.

I don't understand your last question.
My PCM server is 192.36.54.142 and my 2524 has an ip 192.36.51.39.
The other red (superstack) ihas 192.36.51.121

subnet mask for all 255.255.0.0
I don't inform the box gateway : on the switch it's 0.0.0.0 . The gateway is useless because it's a local network. I don't leave away. Otherwise it's 192.36.51.79

Actually I have one switch 2500 red and I don't ping it. The others 2500 are green and I ping all of them.

I'm sorry but I don't have access to the switch even with the console port of it.

port COM1 / Default parameters / but the double enter doesn't execute. The other console port of other switch work perfectly.
