HP2626 TFTP Server: file not found

I have a couple of 2626 switches (H.08.53) setup with manual IP configuration (no DCHP/bootp). I also have a TFTP server which I have downloaded the configuration files to. However I keep getting a error (every 28 minutes) in the TFTP log... SENT error: 1,msg:File not found. I haven't been able to find where I can set the server name or file name in the switch.
I'd like to be able to clean up the log; reduce the errors. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

David, ensure that there is a static ip default-gateway set
Switch(Conf)#ip default-gateway (ipaddress)
in additon, our config is sent to our PCM server...We've got the line
snmp-server host 152.157.160.114 "(ReadCommunityName)" <-- "public" in a lot of organizations
Also if you want a logging server set up, use logging (ipaddress)
